Comax Flavors opens Innovation Center and Flavor Manufacturing Facility in China. The new Shanghai R&D Innovation Center is a 434 M2 facility equipped with state-of-the-art research labs for flavor creation, application and innovation. The Huaibei Manufacturing facility has liquid, powder and spray dry flavor manufacturing capabilities, quality control labs and warehouses for both raw materials and finished goods.

Comax Flavors opens the Dr. Peter J. Calabretta Center for Innovation in Marlton, NJ. The new Center for Innovation comprises 3,600 square feet and features state-of-the-art application and flavor labs as well as customer conference and tasting rooms.

    

Dr. Peter J. Calabretta receives St. John’s University Distinguished Alumni Award.

William “Bill” Graham joins the executive team at Comax Flavors as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing.  Bill will work with Comax’s senior management team to define and execute a short and long term revenue growth strategy.

 

Stacey Kelly joins Comax Flavors as Senior Product Development Scientist and Lena McCarthy joins as a Regulatory Specialist.

Michael E. Crain joins Comax Flavors as Senior Flavor Chemist. Crain will lead Comax’s creative flavor labs in the Melville headquarters and NJ innovation center.

 

Eric Junwu Xi, Ph.D., joins Comax Flavors as the Vice President of Innovation. In this role, Xi will be responsible for managing Comax’s global product and flavor development in the US and international markets with a focus on Asia.
